Verifying your account will make it easier for you to trade

Higher KYC levels will bring more benefits to your account. To verify your account, you need to fulfill 2 requirements of the system, including:

Provide identification documents issued by your country’s government (including Citizen ID, Driver's License, Passports, and Identity Cards...).

Provide your portrait just by sitting in front of the Camera.

Note: Please upload images that display clearly and exactly as requested, if you upload the wrong image too many times, your account may be temporarily locked.

Step 1: Click the button below and choose "Verify "

Step 2: Scroll down to Level 2: Document verification and click to "Verify"

Note: You can only verify your document after verifying phone number successfully.

Step 3: Choose country and click to "Continue"

Step 4: Select document type, and click "Start uploading documents"

Currently, for Nigeria, Remitano is supporting 6 types of documents, including BVN, National ID, Passport, Driver's license, Digital NIN Slip, and Voter card. If you have an ID other than the 6 above and think it is valid, please contact Remitano's customer support team for assistance.

You need to choose the correct document type so the process could be automated and fast.

Step 5: Place the front and back of your document sequentially in the frame and take a photo.

Note: For images, Remitano is limiting to 50Mb per file, if you have images larger than the limit, please contact customer service for assistance.

Step 6: After successfully uploading the ID photo, you must complete the facial recognition

On app: Keep your face and devices still for 5 seconds

On web Click Strat verification on this device and begin facial verification.

 Once the facial recognition is successful, Please wait for the system to review and verify your account.

If the document is accepted, the status at Level 2 will change to Verified

Now that your account is KYC successful, you can start trading or perform other requests such as Verifying your bank account to increase the level.
