Remitano Payment Gateway is a peer to peer system, whereby customers send payment in cryptocurrencies directly to the merchants wallet without the services of a middleman like the banks.

What are the password requirements on Remitano Payment Gateway?
Remitano Payment Gateway does not require you to set up a password. Our system relies on the password and security of your email. When you want to login to your account, we would send you a login link to your registered email address. You have to access your email, click on the link to login.
In addition to this, we support added security features like 2 factor authentication.
What are the fees to use Remitano Payment Gateway?
There are no fees (zero fees).
Which cryptocurrencies can I accept?
At the moment, you can accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin cash, Litecoin , Ripple and USDT from your customers. But you only receive USDT in account- the system automatically converts any crypto earnings to USDT instantly. It can help protect your revenue, avoid crypto price volatility.

How can I withdraw the funds that I have received?
To withdraw your funds, log into your Remitano account, select wallets and click on a Withdraw button next to the relevant cryptocurrency.
Why do I have to pay a network fee to withdraw?
Network fees are charged by the miners. The miners are responsible for facilitating the transaction on the blockchain network. Without them your withdrawal transaction can not be completed.

Is there a maximum amount that I can withdraw?
No, there is no maximum amount one can withdraw. But on Remitano, we set withdrawal limits based on your level of KYC and trade history with us. Please check here.
