If you're a seller and encounter problems in a trade, Remitano allows you to file a dispute to resolve the issue securely. This guide explains how to file a dispute as a seller on Remitano, what reasons are valid, and what proof you need to provide.
You can only file a dispute after the buyer marks the payment as “Transferred”.
Here are common valid reasons:
You haven’t received the payment
The Buyer paid the wrong amount
The Buyer used a bank account not in their name
The Buyer tries to negotiate the final price
Other suspicious behavior
Make sure to wait until the payment status changes to Paid/Verifying Payment before opening a dispute.
