Why the Destination Tag MattersXRP (Ripple) or USDT (TON) transactions require a destination tag or comment to identify the receiving user. Without it, Remitano cannot recognize your deposit, even though it was sent successfully.
What to Do If You Forgot or Entered the Wrong TagYou must prepare and submit the following information to initiate the review process:

Opening the transaction history
Clearly showing the TX Hash, Receiver Address, and Amount sent
Confirmation message (for special cases), including:
“I agree to receive the refund of XRP / USDT to the wallet address [insert address] on the [Ripple or TON] network without tag/memo and agree to pay a processing fee of 15 USDT. I agree to collateralize 10% of the coin value as a security deposit for 7 working days, starting from the date of successful refund. If there is any fraud in the deposit refund request, I accept to forfeit this collateral.”
