To use this feature, you need:
A phone that supports biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint)
Remitano mobile app (latest version)
Device lock (PIN or passcode) already enabled
Completed KYC (identity verification) on Remitano
Step 1: Log In to the Remitano AppOpen the Remitano app
Sign in using your account (email, Google, or Facebook)
Step 2: Go to SettingsTap the “Profile” icon at the bottom
Tap “Touch ID / Face ID”
Step 3: Enable Biometric LoginToggle “Enable Touch ID / Face ID”
Your device will prompt for authentication
Scan your fingerprint or face when asked
If successful, you’ll see a confirmation that biometric login is now active.
From now on:
Opening the Remitano app will automatically prompt Face ID or fingerprint
If unsuccessful, fallback login with password or 2FA is available
You can disable it anytime via the same settings screen

Update to the latest version of Remitano app
