Note: If you are the buyer in a gift card trade, the seller’s coin is locked in escrow, and you provide an UNUSED gift card code for the seller. After the seller redeems the gift card successfully, the seller releases the coin for you.
On the website version:
Step 1. Choose the Gift card section
From home page, please select Market -> Global to buy crypto in USD
Clickhere or Gift card menu as below picture
Step 2. Choose to BUY and select the coin you want to buy
On the app version:
Step 1. Choose the Gift card section
From home page, please select Profile -> Market Global
Then choose More -> Gift card
Step 2. Choose to BUY and select the coin you want to buy
We can follow the same process from step 3 for both Web browser and App version
Step 3. Select the types of Gift card that you will provide
NOTE: We just updated NEW function that allows users can click on the Filter button to choose to trade with
Markers you have traded with
Makers who have KYC at least level 3
Step 4. Enter USD amount you want to spend
You can also Switch to Coin amount and enter coin amount you want to buy
Step 5. Search for the ads you want to buy from and click the Buy coin button.
Step 6. Scroll down and read the advertisement maker’s terms of trade carefully
Step 7. Scroll to the top and Enter the corresponding amount of coins you want to trade and click the Buy now button to proceed
Step 8: Chat with the advertiser to release Gift card code.
Provide the gift card code to the seller in the chat box then click “Transferred” within 15 minutes, and wait for the seller to confirm and release the coin to you.
Mandatory evidence: Photograph of an unused gift card against a background of a piece of paper with the transaction date, time, and minute along with the merchant's face.
Note: You should only buy from trusted and verified sellers and be cautious of scams. Always read the terms of the offer and the seller's profile carefully before making a purchase.
