On the website version
Step 1: From home page, please select market Global
Step 2: Select menu “Buy Sell Crypto USD”
On the app version
Step 1: From home page, please select Profile -> Market Global
Step 2: From the Home page, please select More and choose “Buy Sell USD”
We can follow same process from step 3 for both Web browser and App version
Step 3: Choose BUY/SELL and you can select the type of coin you want to trade.
Step 4: Please click on All Payment Methods -> Payment Service -> Choose Paypal
NOTE: We just updated NEW function that allows users can click on the Filter button to choose to trade with
Markers you have traded with
Makers who have KYC at least level 3
Step 5: Input the amount (in USD) you want to Buy/Sell then choose the appropriate advertisement
You can also Switch to Coin amount and enter coin amount you want to buy/sell
Step 6: Confirm the details and complete the trade
FOR BUYER, please transfer payment to seller via Paypal and click “Transferred” within 15 minutes and wait for the seller to confirm and release the coin to you.
FOR SELLER, please check if you received payment and click “Payment received” to confirm this transaction. Please note that you must confirm within 15 minutes.
Important Note: Please DO NOT CONFIRM PAYMENT UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THAT YOU SUCCESSFULLY AND RECEIVED MONEY. Because the trade cannot be reversed after completion.
