Swap Feature allows users to exchange between pairs of cryptocurrencies such as BTC/USDT or ETH/USDT.
Below are the instructions on how to swap.
Step 1: Go to Swap menu
On the website version: Log in > Click Swap from the top menu.
On the app version: From the Home page, please kindly select More -> choose Swap
Step 2: Choose the currencies and input amount
1/ Choose the source currency and the destination currency that you want to received into
2/ Select SWAP type:
Market price: The order will be executed immediately at the market price.
Your price: The order will be executed when the market price reaches your pre-defined price.
3/ Enter the amount of the currency you want to SWAP and click on Preview order button
Step 3: Confirm the order
Click on confirm if you want to continue or cancel if you want to cancel your SWAP
Step 4: Check your order
Once you click on Confirm, your SWAP order will be processed and Filled almost instantly if you choose "Market price" and you can check your balance after that.
If you choose "Your price”, you need to wait and you can check the swap order in the Trading History > Opening section.

The amount you receive might be slightly different due to the market at that moment.
