First of all, you need to check your friend's username (downline) in the referral list (choose Invite friends) from your username menu

If his username is not recorded, there're some possible reasons:

1. Our system only records the final referral link. That is, for example, if your downline user clicks 2 different referral links of you and another person, the referral link right before the user registration action will be Last-Click Affiliate Links strategy.
2. Your downline click on the link but do not register on the same device, but register on another device.
3. Your downline has clicked on the link but does not register with in 24 hours. the referral tracking is not expired after 24 hours.
