How to withdraw with Fiat Wallet

Enclosed are the guidelines for withdrawing funds from your fiat wallet to your designated bank account. Kindly review these instructions carefully and should you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to promptly reach out to our customer support team. Thank you for your cooperation.

What is Fiat Wallet?

The Fiat wallet at Remitano is used to store your local currencies on the website, it will help to boost your trading experience. The trade will be completed instantly when you have sufficient local currencies on the website and also no need to wait for the seller to check his bank statement. Currently, we are supporting Fiat Wallet for the Nigeria market (NGNR wallet), South African market (ZARR wallet), Malaysian wallet ( MYRR wallet), and Kenya market (KESR wallet).

Step 1: Choose Withdraw button at NGNR/MYRR/ZARR/KESR wallet (based on your current local currency)

  • On the app version

  • On the website version

Step 2. Enter some information as below:

  1. Input the fiat amount (NGNR/ ZARR/KESR/MYRR) that you want to withdraw

  2. Choose Select bank account -> Click on Add New Account button ( If you do not have bank details before) -> Input full information that includes Bank name , Bank account name and Bank account number -> Then click on Create button

  3. Finally, please click on the Confirm button

Step 3. Please input Authenticator code to confirm this action (if you have already activated Authenticator before)

Step 4: Confirm payment

1. If your withdrawal transaction is paid by a vendor

Wait for the buyer to transfer money into your bank account. When you receive money, click on [I have received payment] to release NGNR for the buyer.

2. If your withdrawal is paid automatically

Please wait until the status shows Sent and check your bank account.
